I'm so glad you took some time to check out my Break the Cycle of Rumination worksheet—and I hope you found it helpful!
Rumination is super common, and it can take a lot of practice to learn to disrupt that process, so if you find yourself getting sucked back into that loop—don't be disheartened. Like anything, the more you practice the steps of pulling yourself out of it, the easier it will be in the future.
