Wise Brain Bulletin • Volume 16.2

Hello friend,

Before we jump into this issue of the Wise Brain Bulletin, we wanted to let you know about a special, live online event on April 10 with Rick Hanson, PhD, founder of the Wellspring Institute, which will offer a powerful, experiential dive into growing calm strength in shaky times.

In this 3-hour webinar, he'll cover:
  • Practical tools you can use right away to stay calm under pressure, release fear and anger, tap into the power of the heart, and feel more hopeful
  • Using positive neuroplasticity to cultivate resilient well-being

Rick will also be offering some teachings and guided meditations and there will be plenty of time for you to ask questions during the event.

This is a fundraising event for the Wellspring Institute for Neuroscience and Contemplative Wisdom, publisher of the Wise Brain Bulletin, and registration for the event is a tax-deductible donation of your choice.

We hope you'll join Rick in supporting the Wellspring Institute, and in exploring these powerful topics.
