It's that time of year again where many of us start making resolutions and plans for the year to come — with the best intentions.
And yet, as past experience may have shown you, January quickly fades into February, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed or lose steam as the grind of daily life carries us along, back into old and familiar routines.
So this year, I'd like to offer something different: 12 Resolutions — one for each month — put together in a step-by-step program that gives you the time and tools to truly make each one stick.
That's what my Foundations of Well-Being is all about, and I hope you'll consider joining me on this journey in 2025, meeting these resolutions throughout the year:
