Much of our adult lives are shaped by experiences we had long ago.
Many of us learned important lessons in childhood about love, safety, worth, and belonging—but not all of those lessons were helpful.
Sometimes they show up later as anxiety in relationships, difficulty trusting others, feeling like we're "too much" or "not enough," or a tendency to pull away when we most need connection.
But in my own life, and my work with others, I've seen that these patterns are not fixed - the brain can change, and so can the ways we relate to ourselves and other people.
That's why I created the Healing Insecure Attachment course.
Over 5 weeks, we'll explore the roots of attachment patterns with warmth and compassion, not blame or judgment. I'll give you tools to help you feel more secure inside, strengthen your relationships, and gradually replace old wounds with inner resources like self-worth, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection.
You don't need to become a different person. Often, healing is really about uncovering what's already there beneath old protective strategies and fears.
