I'm reaching out because I've been working on something lately that I'm genuinely excited about, and I thought it might be helpful to you.


Through the many years in my clinical practice and in my teaching, I've come across so many people who are struggling with anxiety, worry, fear, and stress. Not because there's anything wrong with them - but because they're living in a world that places real, ongoing demands on the nervous system.


It seems like these days, especially, many thoughtful, capable people are feeling tense, worried, or overwhelmed. Whether it's pressure from work or finances, concern for loved ones, or uncertainty about the world, health, or the future... it all adds up. And then anxiety shows up.


What I know from experience is that anxiety isn't just something you can think your way out of or make go away easily. It shows up in your body and lives in old patterns and beliefs that once helped you cope... but probably aren't serving you anymore. 


The good news is that you can work through all of those layers - patiently and with practical exercises - and make real, lasting change.


And that's why I'm happy to announce the 12-week, LIVE course to Rewire Your Anxious Brain.


This is the most interactive, supportive course I've created and it's made for people who are ready to commit to three months of real, deep work to get a handle on anxious thoughts  - for good.
