This is just a friendly reminder that tomorrow is the last day to register for my new, live, 12-week course on anxiety at the early-bird discounted price.
So many of us struggle with anxiety, worry, fear, and stress. It's not surprising as we're living in a world that places real, ongoing demands on our nervous system.
